I maintain that a web with no holes is not a web, and there is nothing to suggest that the web is a disk of rubbery material and not a normal web. When I get to the point where the difference is negligible there's no point subtracting off no matter how realistic I like being. That's why I didn't factor air resistance when falling down or for projectile attacks, or given recoil to every Low Kick. I'm not going to argue this any further.

Krilowatt is not floating above the web; it is on the web, which makes the difference in impact caused by each rock negligible. Consider this: if you have a sheet of paper on your chest and somebody hurls a stone at you, that paper is not going to protect you. This is the same as the web, except the web is even nonexistent at certain parts.

The accuracy was reduced because Simisear attempted to use something similar to Dig, not because of its position relative to the web and Armaldo, and that the web would've been oscillating considering Simisear's location in the web as well as the velocity in digging. Krilowatt is light and thus does not cause as much oscillation, and I'm not so sure that actually landing could warrant making it a Fly variant.

Any chance you could ref a round between LupusAter and me? You can skip the flavor, if you want.

Also, I still request your actions, but I will be unable to ref the Icy Forest for another week due to RL, so you CAN take your time with those...
