I don't think I'll be getting Regice for quite a while. However, the people of irc have long changed my mind about our original trade deal. If I /do/ go for Regice (may not go for any Regi besides Steel), we'll have to renegotiate.

Alright, I was confused because in many of my matches I have exceeded the recovery limit if Giga Drain was included. Is there a formal definition of "recovery moves", for reference?
