Ready to trade. Need you to do two Pokemon. Both to level 100 and both with the spread of 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed. Garchomp with the moves Outrage, Earthquake, Crunch, and Fire Fang. Excadrill with the moves Earthquake, Rock Slide, X-Scissor, and Swords Dance.

forgot to post, I can EV it as you want and give it all sort of IV and/or V gen moves. it's in both gens :)
