I only meant when they are formally introduced for the purpose of possibly marrying by parents or relatives. The choice still lying with the individuals.

Yeah the ubers drop is something both Zarel and I are both opposed to; I'm personally leaning towards just making a separate "Tier Shift Ubers" where OU mons gen either +5 or +10 and it trickles down from there.
