You're still missing the point though. I said Raikou's move pool was more suited for being offensive - better STAB, and the coverage moves it needs, which is where Roserade struggles, as in it's choice of 3 attacking moves, as running 4 isnt a great idea, can't even scrape the type of coverage Raikou gets.
