I don't know, but the sqsa in VGC isn't the right place to ask. In Orange Islands or Wifi is a better bet. Also, when you do, don't use all caps and try to compose it more comprehensibly.

Don't really know what I can do for you. You might want to talk to Serebii himself (I'm pretty sure he's trustworthy, he is the webmaster and head forum admin, etc.). I don't want to get involved in any Serebii drama, I have that enough on Smogon and I don't want to be the guy who ratted out Kirby.

It's a great place to check out if you've got in-game questions or just wanna talk to Smogoners about non-competitive Pokemon stuff. You could probably get answers there faster than on the forums in most instances, haha.
