Well, to be a Gym Leader, you must wait until a current leader hasn't been on, needs an alternate, or moves up to E4. Luckily for you, I moved up to E4 yesterday. I would like to battle you on PS, and, if you do really well (win or lose doesn't even matter, just looking for skill), then I will definitely consider appointing you the Psychic Gym leader.
