Sure. I didn't elaborate because I didn't want to derail the thread , but there's no harm in telling you.

According to Jabba, it's not feasible for them to set up a suspect test for Drizzle+Drought, and complete it before gen VI hits. I don't necessarily agree with this line of logic but I do respect Jabba's opinion. We probably would need to spend more than a few months with Drizzle/Drought to see what we're actually getting into. Unfortunately, the prospect of XY would kill any longterm suspecting testing that extend into the pre-fall period.

So to reiterate... the council isn't testing Drizzle/Drought, and the suspect tests for Landorus / Keldeo are probably the final ones for BW.
