About the toenail thing, instead of going ballistic at everyone, you could have just said that you weren't feeling your best at the moment. Even when I'm having a real shitty day, I still take criticism with a grain of salt, because it's not only expected of me, but it's required.
If you do post your next RMT, I would (in [hide] tags) just explain that you weren't in the best of moods, which is the reason why you acted so harshly.
The reason we mocked you was because you refused to take criticism, you completely snapped when we suggested some simple changes, and you used Pokemon that were clearly out-classed. That's breaking at least two rules alone. If you had taken our tips and learned from them, changing your team as you went, we wouldn't have gone at you.
As long as you don't add something (and excuse me if you find this mean) stupid like Trick Room Choice Specs Alakazam, then I see no reason to make another RMT.
Well, if you're going for that, Timid is probably bets. Personally (assuming Timid and max IV), I would do 28 HP, 228 Speed, max SpAtk.
Such a set would be Substitute, Charge Beam, Thunderbolt, Hidden Power (probably Ice). Flash Cannon works too.
Modest? I dunno. I suppose Leftovers with 228 HP, 100 Def, 84 SpAtk, 96 SpDef works. Discharge is an option.
But Modest nature I'd probably suggest Choice Specs (maybe Scarf), Metal Sound, or DualScreen. Magnezone usually enjoy Timid. Or you could try Magnet Rise (that Magnezone does have Magnet Pull, right?).
As you may or may not know, Alakazam has been placed in UU not too long ago. This is likely because Alakazam is easily screwed by things such as Scizor. Many times, its attacks fail just short of nabbing the OHKOs like it should and its best set, Specs, is stopped cold by Pursuit, usually from Tyranitar.
Obviously, Magnezone's weak points are low Speed, shallow movepool, and Fight/Ground weakness.
Empoleon is ok. 160 Def EVs can help take Outrages, if you want.
What everyone tried to say is there isn't much consistency. However, the types do complement each other somewhat. Also, the physical Weezing and special Empoleon do gel together. The problem is probably because it's sort of...messy. All the Pokemon work well together, just needs some cleaning up.
It's fine, but weak points are easily exploited. The biggest thing is that you could probably get dismantled by a BoltBeam. Zapdos, Rotom, Gengar. This also includes an opposing Weezing with Will-O-Wisp, Fire, and Electric. Porygon2 or Z, possible thorns.
Changes? Magnezone could used over Alakazam. The team is aggressively inclined. Choicezone uses Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Hidden Power (Ice, Fire, Grass, lots of options), and Explosion. No other options, but can't go wrong with this set, except for Hidden Power, I suppose. If you want, it can use Rain Dance or Sub. DualScreens would be a great idea.
