Archeops is in both versions. But you have a choice between one of Tirtouga's and Archen's fossils in the Ancient Castle (you can get the other one in N's Castle if I remember correctly). I think you can get only 1 of each fossil (you can get multiples of the Kanto, Hoenn and Sinnoh fossils after the National Dex).
