Your Grass Knot did a ton, so you obviously have Special attack EVs, I doubt your Azelf has no Speed EVs, and then a crunch that does around 70% implies Defense and HP EVs. I don't doubt that it's 100% legit, but that's some fishy EV spread.

.... do you mind explaining how an Azelf can survive a Crunch from a max attack Tyranitar..?
