I really wouldn't use ninjask because of the massive amounts of bronzong and intimidate leads. Also, phasing a ninjask isn't difficult for the opponent. As for your team, I would use the gengar set suggested by the above poster (with hypnosis and thunderbolt) I recommend giving your blissey...
