Balance would be great

Mewtwo can deal some nice damage to both Skarmory and Chansey and I would vote for Mewtwo. However, Skarmory and Chansey literally have their asses handed to them on a plate by Zekrom's Bolt Strike. I would have to vote for Zekrom.
