I would suggest changing Psystrike on mewtwo with light-screen, as u SHOULDNT use stalltwo as an offensively-based poke, but a defensively, u can light-screen predicted switches and gives u the power to take on specs kyogre with it's 100% water spout and even stall it out with will-o-wisp. This...
