you are underestimating kyurem, his ice beam is one of the most spammable attacks ever 2hko some ferrothorns.

hate to repeat myself but while its true that ice is a bad typing, STAB ice is wonderful and lot better that flying ( kyurem ice beams are waaaaay too easy to spam ) and you seem to be forgetting that Focus Blast will only be used on a predicted switch or when the steels are in KO range kyurem...

Hydreigon only got a better defensive typing (mitigated by kyurem bulkyness) and better movepool. on the offensive ice >>>> dark

SV and SC aren't broken, since they work a lot like swift swim meaning an instant +2 (more or less) to one stat when the conditions are favorable. but garchomp as a whole IS broken with Sand Veil since you give a really good poke a free boost

.2 chance to miss with perfect acc moves means that at least in 1 out of every 25 matches to consecutive hits miss. For chomp that means 2 pokes dead and plenty of health to spare for the next pokes that obviously aren't as good as you initial switches vs chomp now imagine that happening to you...

you need something that can switch on ttar (porygon can switch but cant even scratch him) you need a bulky fighter in place of leavanny (conkeldurr, vrizion, terakion, machamp works) for your sets remove solarbeam from tales, replace it with energy ball/protect) or change it all to chesto rest...

first i got to say this is a very good team sir now you need a steel somewhere to absorb outrages and a floating one for the matter (skarm), not only does it help you with the dragons, but also it let you have rocks somewhere (and man specially your team needs rocks) so maybe skarm over...
