If I were you, I would take away Starmie's Recover and replace it with Ice Beam because Starmie has paper defence anyway :( , so might as well get more coverage.

Hm.. You are right in what you said about the Lum berry, Life Orb and Crunch. But I'd still use Ice Punch though, for the sake of the people that I usually battle (HG/SS players usually don't have rotoms..) , a lot of dragons too :P
