    In GSC and RBY, when you get leech seeded: 1° should you lose HP after you move (even if you're faster) or 2° should you lose HP at the end of the turn. I know for poison it's the former, but i'm not sure it's the same for everything.

    This is what happens with ladder decay. Your decay gets processed when you battle, so you may lose points due to decay even if you win. Though decay gets completely erased after several battles, so hence why you gain them back if you battle again.

    Maybe there is another factor, like the level of the pokemon involved, or something. Can you at least test if damage varies with level, and if it doesn't I'll just put the changes even though we don't have a complete explanation yet.
