  1. Did you like High School?

What can I say... high school is a total bitch. You put together overly-smart geeks with no social life together in a highly competitive academic environment, and that's my school life. It doesn't help that I'm not that smart and like to have fun either. Sometimes I wish for more fucking brains.
  2. Aragornbird's Art Gallery (UPDATED 12/04)

Wow, these drawings look cool! This is one of your best batches AB!
  3. Ask a simple question, get a simple answer mark 2.

Synchronize works in Emerald and D/P on wild pokemon; but I'm not really sure about overworld sprites pokemon. Someone told me it worked for them. Need clarification on this.
  4. Ask a simple question, get a simple answer mark 2.

Hm. Like when? At the start of the game? Or when you watch the TV?
  5. Stealth Rock Discussion

^ That's why Nintendo introduced Stealth Rock isn't it? So that it isn't countered easily.
  6. Parasect Discussion

This thing screams for Focus Sash + Mirror Coat, it's the only thing it has going for it at a whopping 30 base speed. Eats HP Fires/Flamethrowers/Embers (lol), and Mirror Coat it ftw. But on the other hand, given its base 60 HP, it's not quite a good idea after all. Parasect is really in a...
  7. Ask a simple question, get a simple answer mark 2.

Does Synchronize still work on pokemon with overworld sprites like the legendary trio, Heatran, etc? EDIT: \/ lol, are we telepathic or what?
  8. would you take this course?

Theory isn't enough; you need to apply your skills. The real "exam" should be taking on the Smogon Frontier. Then you've got a PhD in Pokemon. :P
  9. 3rd Game Move Tutors!

Hmmm, I have a few ideas too. Rapid Spin (for all those peeps complaining about Stealth Rock), Mirror Coat (we had Counter in Emerald, time for its Special counterpart), Flatter (same reason as Mirror Coat, in this case Swagger), Extremespeed (one move to change the entire way a match started)...
  10. Stealth Rock Discussion

3rd gen matches usually consisted of a lot of switching. And there was only one move that limited switches, and that was Spikes. This meant that many Flying pokemon switched in easily. Stealth Rock was introduced by Gamefreak to hit Flyers so that it could help mold D/P into a more aggresive...
  11. Furry Mexican Duck-Frog (Ludicolo Discussion)

Agreed. Ludicolo's just a little too frail for Rain Dancing, with the more aggressive metagame. That's why when I use Ludicolo, I just go for Surf/Toxic or Grass Knot/Leech Seed/Protect. It beats the conventional bulky waters and gives Blissey something to cry about.
  12. Breeding Guide

I just can't thank you guys enough... so thanks again!
  13. Breeding Guide

Although this may not seem like much, I do appreciate the time and effort that you two have put into this mega-guide. So thank you, this was REALLY helpful. :)
  14. Dusknoir Disscusion

lol, please don't say "(something) Discussion" when there's absolutely none. I think this has been covered before, and there is no fixed standard for it. I personally like a little Thunderpunch for a Gyarados counter, and that's my personal view.
  15. Happy 4/20!

I am amazed how you can smoke one and be on Smogon at the same time.
