This team looks as a pain, and while often i dislike these kind of teams, yours seems to fit well with the metagame and I LOVE the scouting use of your Ditto! :] You could try Rock Slide over Stone Edge on Breloom to don't risk the miss on things as Volcarona or Zapdos or Chandelure. And uhm...
