  1. Pseudo-boosting - a double battles tactic

What about a Gengar and Electivire combo? Since Gengar is fast, it may likely move faster than Rotom and thunderbolts Electivire who will then be the second Pokemon who move who Earthquakes but misses Gengar due to levitate. It would beat the Rotom + Electivire combo.
  2. New and 'creative' moveset/EV spread thread Mk. 5

Adamant Choice Band guarantees a OHKO on most Tyranitars (with Stealth Rock factored in), but then Infernape will be faster. Jolteon will also be faster than the Choice Band or Life Orb set. An Adamant Dugtrio will tie with positive nature base 105 Speed Pokemon, such as Mismagius and Manectric...
  3. New and 'creative' moveset/EV spread thread Mk. 5

I propose a new Dugtrio moveset that might work. Although this is weak to priority moves like all Dugtrios are, this has the potential for Dugtrio to fight back than to switch out. After Dugtrio makes its revenge kill, it is very easily stopped by many pokemon due to it's pitiful defenses...
  4. New and 'creative' moveset/EV spread thread Mk. 5

Lead Azelf rarely has psychic. Azelf is faster than Jirachi.
  5. Heavy Offense

Un-choiced Weavile with perhaps Swords Dance then.
  6. Smogon Shoddy Server Statistics - October 2009

Mence at 6th isn't that crazy once you consider that Dragonite learns ExtremeSpeed. Dragonite is also bulkier and has a wider movepool than Salamence. Togekiss may be a great paraflincher but if you consider Jirachi, it has better defenses, not weak to Stealth Rock, better speed, and Iron Head...
  7. Ask a simple question, get a simple answer — Mk II

So that's why it won't be viewed! Thanks for the help. I have been trying to use Shoddy Battle to open up the log. I wonder why Shoddy Battle won't do that automatically.
  8. Heavy Offense

Even though Superpower will lower Attack and Defense, it is usually the preferred choice of Fighting-type move since even without a Swords Dance, it is powerful enough to OHKO common counters, such as Heatran and Magnezone, as they switch in something that Brick Break cannot usually do after...
  9. Smogon Textbook

It would probably better to read it of the Smogon website rather than to print it out and arrange it in textbook form. Don't forget that if there was a Smogon textbook, it would eventually become outdated since Smogon updates it's articles. Printing it out would be a much better idea instead if...
  10. Ask a simple question, get a simple answer — Mk II

How do you view logs that you won in Shoddy Battle? I could save logs, but I have no idea how to view them.
  11. Smogon Shoddy Server Statistics - October 2009

Latias is an awesome revenge killer for dragon dancers and is not weak to stealth rock nor has the quad-Ice weakness. It's Speed and Defenses may have contributed to it's increased usage.
  12. Heavy Offense

Superpower is stronger than brick break though. You need that extra power to net some important KOs.
  13. Is Toxic Spikes Worth It In Standard OU?

It largely depends on how many Pokemon on your opponent's team that can resist toxic spikes. Steels messing up your toxic spikes? Bring Magnezone. Dragons? Bring Weavile or other dragon killers.
