Does this also factor in Accuracy and flinch rates for non-Fake Out moves? Also on the lowest damage part, is that average, max or lowest damage?

Quick question, how does Fake-Out work in this whole amazingly, spectacularly and stupendously awesome thing?

Does anyone know if thief works when the opponent pokemon faints? I.E. I use thief on a wild cubone with thick club and it faints. Do I still get the thick club?
