I would agree with Nightrain and Garganator that Rhyperior isn't going to be as threatening as people seem to think. The few times I've seen a Rhydon it hasn't been overly dangerous, and minor stat increases and Solid Rock are unlikely to make a mediocre NU Pokemon too good for the UU tier.

Sub + Magnet Rise seems like the best option imo. Rock Polish works well enough, but it's not the easiest thing to set up for a sweep as most scarfers are faster than it. Head Smash's poor accuracy has been another problem I've had with RP Aggron (admittedly in UU) as there is nothing more...

Why can't Ponyta have Flare Blitz and Quick Attack at the same time? Quick Attack is learnt at lv1 in FRLG- you can surely just teach it there, Pal Park it across to Platinum or FR/LG and level it up to level 46/48?

Sandstream is the ability, and so should be capitalised iirc.

Bear in mind that Donphan does have Odor Sleuth, which allows it to Rapid Spin against ghosts. It's obviously not as effective as Foresight Hitmontop when you just want to hit Spiritomb and Rotom hard though.
