That's why you use Smeargle with Webs and Spikes. Add an Stealth Rocker like Queen of Krookodile and a bunch of hardhitting pokemon and your team is good to go. If you face an offensive team, use Sticky Web and if you face a stall team use spikes.

Switching giga drain for seed bomb on abomasnow might work beating subcm Raikou. Also, you could try chesto resto Snorlax, rest could go over ice punch or earthquake. This allows you to switch into zapdos, shaymin and the nido's more often. As last change i suggest roar over calm mind on...

The biggest question why do you use Slowking over Slowbro? Because it checks the pokemon that Slowbro counters and deal with bulky waters much better thanks to Dragon Tail. That alone makes him the same rank as Slowbro imo.
