For the Gastly...it came from a shiny ID/SID that had already been replaced with another ID/SID, in other words...I had a new game, so the shiny ID/SID is obviously gone unless I'll reset my game again for that shiny PID.
For the Gible...it came from breeding that's all.
I could do the Sneasel, but it could take some time...
