Thanks for the response! Guess my problem was probably where I was catching the Pokemon. So if a Pokemon like Staryu only appears in routes/cities that seem to have wandering NPCs, there's really no way to RNG it?

Hi all, first time RNGer, and I'm having some trouble with the natures. Working with a 3DS and Black 2. 2 Chatots on my team, but no synchronize. I've done the calibration, and getting a pretty consistent Timer0. Think I'm hitting the seeds as well, as I pretty consistently get a Pokemon...
