If this guy is played correctly, he will probably be a niche BL pokemon. Otherwise, UU sweeping is a likely role. Also, you forgot to mention that he looks cool like most everybody else did. One other thing, I say Kiri looks something like a reploid from the megaman games.

I had problems to start, but now it's fine getting up and running. However, I noticed that the teambuilder does not allow Raikou to have its special moves, and I would really appreciate it if that was fixed.

These days, you shouldn't forget about Ditto and Technician Breloom. Basically, special attacks are the way to beat this guy without revenge killing, and not getting hit too hard would also help. Unfortunately, Mold Breaker and 147 base attack means even Skarmory and Shedinja take a beating...

Dewgong is most commonly seen as a Hydration abuser and supportive Pokemon (if it is ever seen), and Drizzle Politoed will probably cause a rise in Dewgong's HydraRest set. However, this moveset uses Dewgong's just-good-enough defenses and decent movepool to wreck opposing UU leads...

It has its ups and downs. The typing isn't nice, but the support movepool is pretty good. Also, another vote for flounder.
