Resist berry sets are lol. But you're underestimating the potential of the Natural Gift + Harvest combo.... It turns Exeggutor into the perfect lure, seeing as you can also run Hidden Power; Exeggutor could theoretically beat its own counters without having to worry about not covering something...

Umm... I just tested this myself and it is partially incorrect. The berry will continue to be restored indefinitely, in or out of sunlight; however, on the turn it activates twice, Harvest does not return the berry a second time, but it will the following turn after that, continuing to activate...

Utilizing Exeggutor to subseed is wasted potential, if you ask me. I'm kinda disappointed in the lack of interest in Exeggutor this gen... Harvest has so many possibilities that it borders on ridiculous, and no one seems to grasp how great it could be with some imagination... I have 3 sets...
