No it's not. On the Assault Vest set, in the Team Options section, at the beginning it says that since it likes to switch out a lot that Rapid Spin and Defog is a good idea. Then at the end you say that since it has no form of recovery, it appreciates Rapid Spin and Defog. They can be combined...

Small nitpick. You mention Rapid Spin/Defog users twice in the AV set as teammates. I know they're important, but it's a little repetitive.

I used a Thunder Wave Slowbro last gen for a while, which has stat of 30, and don't remember out speeding anything after paralysis. But, like you said, not sure about specific calcs though.

Why would anyone run Impish? I get that it only lowers Special Attack but Ferrothorn wants to be as slow as possible for Gyro Ball. Too many things take a pretty big chunk from Gyro Ball, like Terrakion and other fast threats that can't OHKO Ferrothorn.

And most users of sleep inducing moves are grass-types, like Venusaur, Breloom and Roserade, neither of which want to take any of Talonflame's moves. Even U-Turn could at least get you to a Pokemon that is awake.

Wouldn't Gengar be a good Offensive partner for Bisharp? They cover each other's weaknesses fairly well. Ground and Fighting for Bisharp, Psychic, Dark, and Ghost for Gengar. I remember them being good together last Gen but I haven't had time to test them yet this Gen.

The attack stat after Belly drum is higher than that. 1,308 doesn't factor in Huge Power, right? With Huge Power, shouldn't it be equivalent to 1,744?
