    This might be a really stupid question, but how can you alter which delay you hit? I calibrated and I hit between 489 and 511. I'm trying to hit 492, so I've got a GBA cart in to make it even's, however I always get higher or slightly lower. Is it literally just a question of keep trying/luck...

    No, but I don't think its really worth 'dodging' many. I didn't play with any walkthroughs, I sped through the game and at the end I was only missing Ambipom from my dex which was from a trainer in Vic. Road, or someone near snowpoint.

    Lucario only has a base 90 speed. It's not all that fast compared to the top offensive OU threats. Vacuum wave may seem like poor base power, but add a STAB on top of it, and you have a great tool for switching in on lower HP pokemon that need killing fast. Having a move that guarantees a hit...

    I'm not an experienced rater at all, but just a few tips for you; Garchomp is Uber and therefore not allowed in standard OU play. Look on; http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/ to find out each pokemons tiers. You will also need to present 6 pokemon to rate. Good Luck!

    I'm by no means an experienced rater, but just to clear you up on one point; the usage of trick is to swap your choice scarf onto a pokemon that you think will use a set-up move or an attack you can easily counter/avoid. That poke would be locked into one move for the entire game, theoretically...
