How important is speed for Mega Venusaur (with Chlorophyll before Mega evolving)? Would I be out sped by anything important if I run say a Relaxed nature and a non 31 IV?

I'm thinking about trying to breed a Relaxed Mega Venusaur (with Chlorophyll), and was wondering how important is its speed stat? Should I go for an IV of 31, or 30 for hp fire, or just not care? Would I be outsped by anything of importance if I opt for a lower speed IV?

You might want to look at your moves section for the Defensive Spinner set. Seems like you copied and pasted the same material from the Offensive Spinner set. That would be understandable if they both had the same moves. Since they don't, you might want to edit that they're potential moves...
