I walked into a GameStop the other day and looked through the game book. It said that BW would be released n April (can't remember whether it's at the beginning or the end)...and last year (or should I say the 2010) qualifier rounds occurred in May and June. I guess you better plan your team...

Base 90 is actually one of the slowest Pokemon in the uber tier. In Gen IV the only Pokemon slower than that are Wobbuffet and Wynaut.

lol I wasn't going to post in this thread but I've been following this thread and this has been argued in circles somewhere back on the 45 pages. The basic argument is Mamo and Weavile aren't very high in usage (check the usage stats) and they cannot take a hit, so they have to revenge kill it...

Really? On Winner's Path you can get a Boomlax (otherwise you'd need to use the move tutor in XD) and the chance to pick up Choice Scarf, Specs, and Band without having to pay the absurd rate of 48BP at the Frontier. Granted, it takes 8,000 steps to even have a shot at getting the Scarf, but...

New Move: Ring of Fire, burns opponents on switch-in. Plays a sound bite from Johnny Cash every time it's used.

The only time I've really noticed this is for Pokemon with colossal HP (in the Battle Tower), like when i hit Chansey or Blissey with a SE move and it takes forever for the HP bar to fall.

A quick q on the Smogon RNG guide - is it only in the Distortion World where doing the coin flips will advance the RNG? It says that the RNG would have advanced 22 times after the original load of 11 frames plus one more for Giratina, so 10 frames = ten coin flips. I read the Smogon guide...

Remember, Texas is doing this in Emerald, so Thunderpunch is still special (though for my first Pal Park I did teach my Breloom the move). lol at 60 special attack. i guess you could use Stun Spore too...and Mega Kick/Punch (how are those NOT fighting moves...?) and Double Edge through tutoring...
