I'm trying to learn Emerald RNG, I'm pretty good at RNGing in the 4th and 5ft gen games, but before I look at some tutorials for Emerald, is it actually possible to get shiny flawless spreads for Method 1 Pokemon? I know for some natures in 4th Gen it was and in 5ft Gen, anything goes.

Thanks for the quick reply! I already RNGed my ID to make shiny Timid HP Ice spreads, would have been really annoyed if it was for nothing x_x

Can I use Method K to RNG a Raikou? The tutorial says that Raikou is a Method 1 Pokemon but there are no Timid Method 1 spreads with Hidden Power Ice (70) unless I reduce the speed IV's to 12

Thanks for your feedback, I'm looking for one with Will-O-Wisp so I won't be using HP Fire. But I think I'm going to get a flawless one from Dream Radar since Origin keeps it's ability, it's a shame because I was willing to RNG my ID to get a shiny flawless one, but oh well :/
