I would say C- Rank for Donphan. It has a niche, bit it's still outclassed and generally not very good outside of Assault Vest bulky spinner. Also seconding the notion of Blacklisting it once a tier is decided.

ErMaGerd... This is what, the fourth time that Donphan has been brought up? It's C rank at best, totally outclassed in everything notable it can do by other Pokémon. If Donphan is the best fit on your team for a bulky hazard remover, you might want to tweak your team some.

Not really Metagross just got nerfed really really hard, while Haxorus is too one-dimensional & frail with the introduction of fairy. As for the rest of the game, it's strange times when Charizard is a big threat that needs to be accounted for.

The overwhelming majority of Smogon disagrees with you. Lugia & Giratina can't even wall Mega Khan, and what does that say about things like Gliscor, Skarmory, and Ferrothorn? It was/is "broken as all shit" and desperately needed to GTFO of OU.
