I think hazards as they are now are mostly fine, but it would be interesting to see a metagame without them. The only real things I'd like to see changed in gen 5 are these:
-4x weak takes 1/3 instead of 1/2
-Grass-type SR added, cannot coexist with SR (placing one removes other)
-Rock...
I think Rock Smash should stay exactly as it is now with one exception: It breaks Stealth Rocks on your side of the field. Spikes/Toxic Spikes are unaffected.
I'd like for the elemental punches (and brick break) to get boosted to 85 power, and the elemental fangs to get boosted to 90 power with the same accuracy they have now. Any thoughts?
Or just give it Technician and let it use AncientPower, Aura Sphere, and Vacuum Wave to great effect.
Then, just fill the last slot with Hidden Power 60 of your type of choice.
