Thanks for the rate... I like some of the small moveslot changes, but the change to ghost Arceus doesn't do it for me. Espeed arceus sweeps more than 50% of the time and i don't want to give that up.

i find umbreon as the easiest pokemon to set up on in all of pokemon. Example? taunt gyarados. and you have two resistances to psychic in ferrpo and starmie, obviously ferro being the main resistance. so find a different special wall

gyarados is a rather good counter to luke, aswell as a problem to your team without rachi, i might suggest a rotom w over latios to help that.

my best suggestion would be ice punch over earthquake to handle them easier. You have two other pokes with powerful earth moves so i think it is your best bet
