Yes, it has. Well, my buddy is now able to hit his seed every single attempt, but PIDRNG is still screwing everything up. Target IV frame is 9, so he has to walk 256 steps, which affects the PIDRNG by an uncontrollable amount. I'm stll thinking of a way to calculate the PIDRNG. My new idea is an extended initial frame calibration for PIDRNG which helps finding out the PIDRNG after those 256 steps. I'm not quite sure if walking advances PIDRNG completely inconsistently but even although he says he walked exactly the same steps (same amount of steps, same amount of turning) I cannot find out the PIDRNG. I'm going to think of a different way, and of course not just picking a MTRNG frame 1 result.

Honestly, I do not know. There's still stuff going on that OD, Bond, and Toast++ are still trying to figure out. I haven't had time to do hands on research, I just kind of "know what to do" from an outsider's perspective. And don't worry, you're not disturbing me! Has it been a permanent change?

So glad you got it! So many people have had trouble with it, so I'm happy it worked out. Also, do not waste your time soft-resetting. What I do is use EonTimer and under Settings, set minimum seconds value to 10. That easily allows you enough time to change your clock to the SAME minute and get back to the screen to start the game. Note that there is about a 1 second delay before the game seeds, so if you are going for 52 seconds, set the time to 51 seconds in EonTimer. Start holding the KeyPress immediately after you start the game, and hold it until "The Pokemon Company" disappears. Also, I'm curious, PM me the date of the current you are looking at.

AFAIK you're right about DS Lite not being region locked. That option in the DS Parameters fills in the only ranges possible for a DS Lite, so there is no reason to change anything except for the seconds value (0 to 59, that's all I can really say). I'll try to make the steps clearer:

      1. Start the game from the DS Menu at like 10 seconds (no soft resetting, that only leads to confusion). Do not press any buttons until "The Pokemon Company" has disappeared, since button presses affect the seed.
      2. Enter the game normally and encounter the Pokemon immediately (retrieval, overworld sprite, or SS).
      3. Check IVs; set 0 to 59 as your seconds range, and make sure that your date, hour, and minute are set correctly in the given boxes.
      4. If it works correctly, the seconds value should be 11 (the game takes about one second to load up).
If it is a Japanese cart, it should work all of the time. Good luck!

Are you using a flash cart, or perhaps an English cart?

Here's some things that might be wrong, which i need to edit the post with. Make sure you have the correct month, day, and hour set on your DS and on the parameter screen. Set the "seconds" value to 0 and max to 59. Also, it is imperative that you don't turn on c-gear or it will absolutely not work.

You don't need your seed, don't waste your time finding that. It finds the parameters quickly enough without it. Leave seconds wide open (0 to 59) and it should work.
