I'd run Technician instead of toxic heal and switch to life orb, Mach Punch gets the Technician boost which is pretty neat, just a suggestion

i'd run 252 hp EV's instead of speed for breloom, even with speed invested you wouldn't outspeed much that u need anyways. the bulk is better
