Hmm... I'd say if you really want a Pokemon specifically to annihilate Sabrina, you could always make use of Blissey's fat-ass third cousin Snorlax. Think about it. He is a special wall, you can catch him at level 30, and he learns a lot of moves by level up that can really piss off Sabrina...
