Ew Baltoy. Sure it gets Rapid Spin and Rocks (which is nice), Dwebble main thing is beign able to always set up rocks, because of Sturdy, and it can also do moderate damage. With Staryu everywhere, beign able to take one Hydro Pump is nice. You don't have to really worry Electric-Type...
