Alot, Whimsy has 116 speed while Tornadus has 111 i think Went with your suggestion, I lumped U-turn and Memento together because Momentum moves (Shame it probably doesn't get Parting Shot).

Fear is taken out, I'm gonna leave in SubSeed cos it deserves a mention but not a set imo Trick room can be great with Encore and U-turn And i cleared it up on the taunt bit, gonna add some things the EVs help it with later
