    Thanks for the heads-up :)
  2. Gen V RNG Breeding Guide (gone again)

I took your advice and posted in the general PRNG thread. I got this helpful response from Kaphotics:

No, that was a different save. The screenshot for that one is in Tesseration's thread, as well as the parent's IVs. This is the seed I've been hitting: seed: 2622B4488577CBFF IVs: 31/31/31/10/31/31 Date: 02/07/2011 Time: 10:18:43 Timer0: C7D Keypress: None

I'm running into some problems/bugs with RNG Reporter after using Tesseraction's guide for RNG'ing eggs. After verifying my seed by catching a wild poke, the nature/ability/gender of the baby that hatches is not in the RNG Reporter's results. This has happened with and without Everstone (tried...

Well, I think there's a bug somewhere, or we'll all doing it wrong. Tried again with a new save, no Everstone. I verified that I hit my seed, and hatched the baby. I clearly missed my frame, but here's my baby: Dratini♂ Marvel Scale Adamant (Often dozes off) 31/31/x/x/x/x Anyway, why isn't...

Would I be better off taking the everstone from my male parent when breeding (if I'm using the PIDRNG method w/ SSF)? It's getting difficult/impossible to find out what the right PIDRNG frame is (when baby is the correct nature), especially when the baby can only learn 1 ability + hidden ability

If you can find out the exact IVs of a captured pokemon, you can find what seed you hit by plugging the IVs into the Time Finder. I've found that the search goes much, much faster if you use seeds with no keypresses (because there are less combinations). EDIT: The dragonair is RNG'd from Gen...

Yes, the captured poke was on frame 14 or so of the target seed. Also, the baby has the right IVs :P

So, how do I find out where my SSF is, then? Shouldn't it definitely be on that list?
  10. Gen V RNG Breeding Guide (gone again)

Characteristic - Somewhat vain IVs: 31/31/31/x/31/31

I am also trying for MS dratini and am looking for my SSF. I followed all the steps, but is it possible the gender column is wrong? Everything else fits for frame 48 - it's a non-DW dratini with the correct IVs and a Hasty nature. Parents: Dragonair♂ @Everstone Adamant IVs: hexflawless...
  12. Damage Calculator (and other utilities)

O_O Really? That's so OP, lol.
  13. Damage Calculator (and other utilities)

Yes, it does. So your effective power for the move looks like this: With Flying Gem: 123 power (55 base * 1.5 from gem bonus * STAB) Without item: 165 power (110 base * STAB)
  14. Damage Calculator (and other utilities)

I couldn't bear to see this elaborate spreadsheet go to waste, so I've updated the calculator with all the correct Move, Ability, & Pokemon names. I also modified the Accuracy formula to include the Wide Lens bonus. Enjoy! Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?xxmzhjbxef5qpix
  15. Damage Calculator (and other utilities)

If you take a look at the damage formula, you can see that BasePower is calculated before STAB. So, in effect, you would have 82*1.5 = 123 base power using Acrobatics with an Archeops
