I found seed with shiny frame 70, F ability 0, nature impish (i used everstone) I found my SF for sure, advanced to shiny.... and nothing. Right gender, ability, IVs, but not shiny, Whats the prob?

What do I have to put in the right column in shiny egg finder? For example, I have 2 flawless parents. so I fill all gaps with 31, Everstone Impish, ability 0, Gender ratios, IVRNG frame range 60/250. What to do after that?

I have downloaded beta 5 rng reporter and got my parameters in it. Timer0 min was C7B and i pressed use results in time finder. I checked box with ds parameters in Time Finder and Timer0 max was C7B, is it ok? If it is, all i need to do is generating ivs?
