This octopus, where is the source for it? Are we sure the "octopus" in the musical picture is not just the ghost water jellyfish? It looks like the same pose and coloration. Or did Melkor say there is an extra octopus in there?

You guys are all interp-ing the grass one incorrectly. The rounded part of the head (facing right) is the mouth, and the point (facing left) is the tapered end of the head, like a horn.
