    I think that Cyclohm should be small, like around 3'8" or something like that and for the weight around 60 or something. Also for preevolutions I say only one preevolution make it like a better version of swablu and altaria.

    Why the hell does all these movesets have surf in it? Surf and Hydro Pump to me does not make sense for this pokemon. Other than that I'm good so I voted for Stellar, since it has taunt and yawn.

    This thing would be perfect for countering togekiss, super-effective and the para-flinch won't work on it. I think that jolteon would be a nice counter since it has high speed, special attack, and OK special defense. Speed, and special defence is something that CaP 8 pokemon is lacking.
