i was thinking that maybe u should change roserade to ur lead position n change ur leadgross to an agiligross but that will make u lose stealth rock. but i dont think rose is a good special sweeper since grass+poison doesnt give good coverage. if u want, u can take off spikes for hp ice/ground...

for ur gengar u might want to change to subsplit gengar (just remove hypnosis for pain split) although sleep is powerful, but hypnosis has poor accuracy, making it unrealiable. meanwhile, pain split allows u to deal more effectively with blissey. altho luke/scizor can scare her out, but beware...
