^ skarm is OU and running steels on a sunny team isn't always the best idea seeing as all fire moves are increased in power i like the hitmontop idea. you really don't have a great way of dealing with clefable atm

I've been playtesting tonight and I have made some major changes. Entry hazards became a huge problem as did dialga. Changes made will be put in bold above.
