    Guts Luxray with Flame Orb could be a nice recipient of an Agility Baton Pass. Especially if it's picking up a new physical electric attack.

    Shiftry getting Illusion. Pairing with an Electric or Fighting pokemon could make for some nice head games in UU. Delibird having Insomnia and Vital Spirit... XD
