      Dun wanna post a one-liner on ur RMT but oughta add mega gyara to dat threat list; sets up on 2/3 of ur team and easily can sweep if azu has been weakened, they run jolly nowadays so mega man is not necessarily a gud answer ;_;

      I am a huge fan of Mega Sharpedo, but not exactly sure on how to build a team around it. Seeing as you are a large advocate for Sharpedo, mind telling me what mons you have been running with it?

        I paired him up with stallbreaker talonflame, and a defensive tank garchomp set. But when building around him the most important thing is to think about all the things you need to weaken before he can sweep, things like ferrothorn or rotom-w. SO just build a team that can lure in those pokemon and get the damage you need.

    Push-ups: 3 sets of as many as you can do, with one minute rest between sets

    Pull-ups: 3 sets of as many as you can do, with one minute rest between sets. For variety switch your grip from underhanded (works more of the biceps and middle lats) to overhanded (works upper lats) from time to time.

    One-arm row: 3 sets of 10-12 reps, with 90 seconds rest between sets

    Dumbbell Front Raise: 3 sets of 10-12 reps, with 90 seconds rest between sets

    Crunches: 3 sets of 12-15 reps, with one minute rest between sets

    Plank or Birddog: 3 sets, holding for 30-60 seconds each set (depending on your own strength level), and one minute rest between sets
