It learns Belly Drum at level 31 (Gen V atleast), so you will get it after a while atleast.

Flare Blitz gives you way more power, but of course you don't get any speed boost. I know you are not serious, but that would at least make some damage to pokes who don't resist it. If only Volcarona had a better attack stat :/ I love the Shuckle/Chansey thing!
