Stealth Rock existed well before Salamence got Outrage, which is a lot of the reason people talk about it maybe going ubers anyway, isn't it?

Farfetch'd with 50% more Attack and Defense would still suck. It'd still be way slower and have notably lower attack than Staraptor, and it would have a worse movepool and way worse special defense than Noctowl.

So are the pictures on the Black and White site the only new news coming out? I don't see the 4-15 thing on the site anymore, but if that's all the news it kinda sucks.

How do I tell if/when I'll be tutored? I'm an EST person but had to sign up in the 10 PM-6 AM section for round 46. I haven't been assigned to anyone or anything and I don't know if I was too late or won't be tutored because my time zone tutors are too busy or what.

Is there anything that makes RNGing easier? I've been using this: Online Stopwatch and I've been failing at RNG breeding Bagons in Emerald for some time. And I know if I ever get to RNGing in 4th gen it'll be even worse.

Okay, I'll change that. Anyone else have advice? I was thinking of using Giratina-O since Giratina doesn't really work well as a wall with all the ice and dragon attacks anyway.

Been switching between resetting and trying to RNG for a while now, both seem like a pain in the ass.

I don't understand RNGing for event Pokemon. When I tried the seed to time function in RNG, I got back a lot of times with a delay of 600, which AFAIK is impossible to hit. Anybody know more?
